    The GENF four-season cassette duvet from CHRISTIAN FISCHBACHER offers a feel-good programme for the whole year. The duvet consists of two differently warm blankets that can be easily separated with press studs. Wrap yourself in the light duvet in summer and snuggle up in the warmer duvet in spring and autumn. On icy nights, when it's snowing and windy outside, you'll be cosy and warm in the double duvet that you have put together from the two duvets. The duvets are made from 100% new, pure goose down and the breathable fabric ensures a first-class sleeping climate. The Swiss family business pays great attention to the highest quality. When it comes to down, the traditional company works together with the Liechtenstein quality partner Dorbena. Dorbena only uses materials from selected farms that consistently refrain from live plucking.

    SWISS GUARANTY VSB What is the difference between the various down duvets and feather pillows? Which product should you choose?
    Not an easy decision, as the quality of the contents of the bedding is hidden in the fabric cover and therefore difficult to check. Nevertheless, the contents determine the climate in the bed and therefore your well-being during sleep.
    This is why the Swiss Bedding Manufacturers Association (VSB) created the "Swiss Guaranty VSB" seal of quality.
    The advantages: certainty about the product you have chosen, transparency about its "hidden" properties. Down duvets and feather pillows with a numbered "Swiss Guaranty VSB" label and a guarantee booklet fulfil the following requirements:


    Animal-friendly. Only down and feathers from animals that have not been plucked alive are used.
    Hygienic. The down and feathers are cleaned in accordance with strict hygiene regulations and dried at over 100°C in a germ-free process.
    Mite protection. The fabric of the down duvet and feather pillow is woven so tightly that mites cannot penetrate.
    Environmentally friendly. The down and feathers are washed with biodegradable detergents.
    Recycling. The manufacturers and Texaid take back used down duvets and feather pillows and recycle them in an environmentally friendly way.
    Production. The down duvets and feather pillows are manufactured in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
    Transparency. All product information on down and feather content complies with strict Swiss standards.
    Safety. The manufacturer guarantees flawless quality for two years if the duvet is treated properly in accordance with the care tips on the duvet.
    Protection. Should there be a difference of opinion between the consumer and the manufacturer regarding compliance with this quality promise, the consumer can contact the VSB arbitration centre.

    Washing instructions:
    - Use a sufficiently large washing machine (duvet 160 x 210 cm at least 4 kg washing machine)
    - Always wash separately
    - Do not use fabric softener
    - Extra rinse cycle to get all detergent out
    - Dry in tumble dryer with a few clean tennis balls
    - Set tumble dryer to extra dry or maximum temperature
    - Interrupt drying process in between and shake duvet vigorously
    - After drying in cold condition, check the moisture content by intensive kneading, if necessary again
