    The small XIMÉNEZ-SPÍNOLA winery, located in the classic Spanish brandy region of Jerez de la Frontera, is passionately dedicated to the production of Pedro Ximénez and the distillation of this wine into fine brandies. Great importance is attached to preserving this ancient culture and only ever produces small quantities of excellent quality.

Tasting notes

  • Serve pure and at low room temperature or slightly chilled

    Amber in colour; very deep, noble aromas of walnut and Brazil nut, roasted hazelnut, peach and dried apricot. The palate presents itself with a beautiful sweetness, harmonious alcohol and an elegant, quite strong body. The finish lingers for a very long time with marvellous rancio notes. A great brandy that shows that it has no need to hide behind other grape brandies such as Cognac or Armagnac.
