Kweichow Moutai is one of the best-known producers of Chinese baiju, a spirit made from millet, and enjoys great popularity in China and is considered a calling card of Chinese culture, so Kweichow Moutai is served on special occasions such as state visits and large celebrations, among other things.
The company, headquartered in the city of Moutai on the breathtaking banks of the Chishui River in the northern province of Kweichow, specialises in the production and distribution of Moutai baiju with different ages and flavour categories.

Tasting notes
Serve pure and at low room temperature or slightly chilled
- -The FLYING FAIRY has a special flavour. The nose reveals notes of soya sauce, pear and walnuts. On the palate, floral aromas meet freshly mown grass, with nutty and fruity notes and a fine sweetness. Ends in a long finish.
