About the producer

    The ELG distillery was founded in 2009 in Fredensborg, Denmark. Master distiller Henrik Elsner skilfully combines traditional craftsmanship with the joy of innovative ideas, which he implements with almost scientific precision - such as the use of carrots as a gin botanical. The gin is distilled in classic, handcrafted copper stills.
