    The Parade Portable Lamp is characterised by its distinctive geometric shape, which changes the expression of the lamp depending on the angle at which it is turned. It consists of a square base and a curved top made of coloured glass. The light source and battery are concealed inside, creating a compact, self-contained unit that is easy to transport. Carefully selected sizes and colours complement each other in height and tone, making the lights equally appealing as a group, as a single light or as a sculptural ornament without the light switched on.

    Danish designers Viola Heyn-Johnson and Jonas Trampedach are married and share a passion for materials, objects and craftsmanship. They have worked separately for many years for various international clients, but now they are joining forces. Viola has a master's degree in visual communication and has worked in graphic design, styling, art design and product development. Jonas is a graduate of the Royal College of Art and has founded his own design studio in Copenhagen. The Parade Lamp series, which they designed in collaboration with HAY, is the couple's first joint design project.
