    The salsiz knife is used to effortlessly cut dried meat, sausage and salami into wafer-thin slices. The Damascus dried meat knife has a hardness of 60 HRC. The handle of the Damascus dried meat knife made from local stabilised ash harmonises perfectly with the design of the blade.
