The beautifully shaped Swiss steak knife is forged in Emmental from a new type of surgical steel. This Swiss steak knife steel is four times more resistant to corrosion and has a hardness of 58 HRC. The handle scales are made from stabilised walnut wood (country of origin: CH, FSC certified). The fine finishing and hand honing of the sknife steak knives are carried out in the sknife knife manufactory.
The smooth transition from handle to blade of the Swiss steak knife enables ergonomic cutting. The cutting edge of the Swiss steak knife is non-contact thanks to the optimised design.
