Care
- -To remove stubborn residues, fill with warm water and washing-up liquid and leave to soak for 10 - 20 minutes. If you want to clean your caquelon more quickly, there is a simple trick: sprinkle baking powder into the fondue pan, fill it with water (to approx. 1 cm) and heat it on the hob. The cheese crust will disappear by itself.
