About the producer

    Louis Morand founded the Valais family business MORAND in 1889 and soon became famous for his absinthe. In 1953, his son André created the now world-famous Williamine brand. Today, the MORAND distillery is run by the fourth generation of the family, and the family still knows how to set new trends with inventive ideas. Last but not least, MORAND attaches great importance to preserving old Valais orchards and traditions.
