About the producer

    Sam and Fairfax, two gin lovers, wanted to bring the classic London Dry Gin back to where it once got its name: London. The idea led to the founding of the SIPSMITH DISTILLERY, which marked the first time in 200 years that a traditional copper distillation plant was put back into operation in London. This was in 2009, after Jared Brown completed the trio as Master Distiller. Since then, SIPSMITH has been distilling classic gin that aims to be nothing less than the world's best London Dry Gin.

    A symphony in J major, where the "J" stands for juniper - that's what SIPSMITH calls the V.J.O.P. On the nose, juniper and cedar wood notes with a subtle hint of orange peel, lots of juniper on the palate with spicy notes and some dark chocolate. Long, balanced finish.
