    Two French entrepreneurs are behind MODERATO. Sébastien comes from a family of winemakers in the Cognac region and Fabien has extensive expertise in beverage development. Together, they have selected the best grapes and worked on a method to gently remove alcohol from the wine without losing its special flavour and texture.
