Place 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil, 200g of pork slices and the contents of the packet in a heated pan and cook thoroughly. Add 120ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring carefully. Serve with coriander, cucumber, cabbage or fresh vegetables, depending on taste.
Optional: for a more intense flavour, reduce the amount of water to 60ml and add approx. 150 - 170g chopped tomatoes.
