Yari is the knife collection for lovers of Asian cuisine: the series stands for exceptional sharpness and Far Eastern design. The blades of the knives are made of 67 layers of high-quality Japanese special blade steel. This gives them a special look and exceptional strength - and ensures long-lasting sharpness. The Yari Edition knives have an extremely acute cutting angle of 30 degrees, making them exceptionally sharp. The result: you can easily parry meat, fish and vegetables with a knife from this series. The handle of the Yari knives is made from high-quality pakkawood and sits securely in the hand. In combination with the Damascus grain of the blades, it gives the knives their very own Far Eastern aesthetic. The collection includes Santoku and chef's knives as well as all-purpose and office knives. Important: Knives in this series may only be sharpened with a whetstone.
