The tall, domed pan is a pot, steamer and deep fryer in one and is one of the most important cooking utensils in Asia. We recommend cleaning by hand. Use a soft liquid detergent, do not use washing powder. The use of wire wool or scouring agents is prohibited. Dry immediately after cleaning with a lint-free cloth.
