Perfumer Domitille Michalon translated Luca Bernardini’s Panna Cotta Ai Mirtilli Selvatici into a fragrance after experiencing the dessert during a tasting. A sparkling lemon note opens the composition, lending it vibrant freshness. At its heart, a Panna Cotta ai Mirtilli Selvatici accord creates a velvety, creamy texture, while the aromatic intensity of wild blueberries enriches the composition. A delicate touch of vanilla in the base adds warmth and elegant sweetness. Together, these notes bring the dessert’s distinctive structure to life, combining creamy softness with the radiant freshness of wild berries. The candle’s design reflects the dialogue between taste, form, and sophisticated colours. The glass is presented in a deep blueberry hue inspired by the dessert’s signature ingredient. The colour was selected in collaboration with Bernardini and reinterpreted through a contemporary design perspective. It enhances the play of light and emphasizes the composition’s striking contrasts. A label in a delicate cream shade creates a compelling chromatic and material contrast with the candle’s intense blueberry tone. The candle is presented in packaging featuring a bold berry shade, a colour palette introduced for the first time by Acqua di Parma. IMPORTANT – SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS For the best experience with your scented candle, Acqua di Parma recommends: • Do not burn the candle for more than 1.5 hours at a time. This helps prevent the flame from becoming too large.
• Use a suitable candle snuffer to extinguish the flame.
• Allow the wax to solidify completely before relighting the candle.
• Re-centre the wick in the wax after each use to ensure even burning.
• Regularly trim the wick to an ideal length of 5 mm using a wick trimmer to prevent it from sticking to the wax and producing smoke.
• Keep the wax pool free of matches and other debris.
• Do not use the candle when less than 5 mm of wax remains in the glass.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, curtains, and pets.
• Do not move the candle while it is burning or while the wax is hot. Wait until the wax has completely solidified.
• Do not place the candle on heat-sensitive surfaces, near flammable materials, by an open window, or next to other candles.
