Shipping

Your order will be dispatched to the address of your choice. You also have the option of collecting your order free of charge from a Globus shop at the checkout.

Products that are labelled as partner products in our webshop are sent directly to you by the partner and unfortunately cannot be collected from Globus shops. You can find out more under "Further information on shipping" on the respective product detail page.

Return shipment

If you are not satisfied with one or more items in your order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Returns are made in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). How to register your return: 1. return label for your return: Register your return conveniently at globus.ch/retoure. Here you can create and print out a returns label to send the goods back by post free of charge. 2. QR code for your return label: Alternatively, you can create a QR code and present it at a Swiss Post branch or partner branch. The returns label will be printed out there free of charge. You can also use a MyPost24 machine with a display and printer, which will also print a returns label for you. 3. return to a Globus shop: You can also return your order to a Globus shop on presentation of the delivery note or order confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks to process and refund the returned goods. The refund amount will be transferred back to the payment method you used to place the order. As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Important notes: Products that are labelled as partner products in our webshop cannot be returned to Globus. These must be returned directly to the respective partner. As a rule, you will find a pre-addressed returns label in the parcel. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service at service@globus.ch, to receive a free return label. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return partner products to a Globus shop. Please note that the refund for partner products is processed by our partner, which may result in a delay in the refund.

Collection

Our special service for you: We will collect your return* directly from your home or another address. Free of charge, of course.

And this is how it works:

- Order your collection by entering your collection address and your collection information in the form. - Place the return label in the parcel and seal it. - No self-adhesive return label is required. - Your return will be collected by Swiss Post. ORDER COLLECTION *Products that are labelled as partner products in our webshop cannot be collected by Globus. We kindly ask you to return your order by post to the respective partner.
