Majestic landscapes, untamed natural forces, volcanoes, geysers, springs and waterfalls, midnight sun, unspoilt wilderness, solitude, complete silence and an endless horizon - that is Iceland. The ideal country for ground-breaking discoveries. Against a backdrop of dramatic landscapes, Icelanders have learnt to create a life of innovation and interdependence on the natural riches of the island itself.
