Debit authorisation for the bank account (LSV+)
Please complete, sign and return the printed debit authorisation form to your bank for earmarking. As soon as you have received the form back from the bank, please forward it to us.

With the direct debit procedure, the entire invoice amount is debited directly to your bank account on the last working day of the month. This excludes payment by instalments. You will be debited by direct debit as soon as this is confirmed by a corresponding note on your monthly invoice (footnote). Until this time, we ask you to pay the monthly invoices as usual by payment slip.
