Château de Pez
from the Bordeaux region, France
The CHATEAU DE PEZ SAINT-ESTEPHE has a bright ruby red colour in the glass. The nose is deep, rustic and tart and is characterised by roasted notes and juicy notes of ripe black berries, caramel, tobacco and leather. On the palate, the red wine tastes of herbs and has spice flavours in combination with sweet blackcurrants and cherries. The body is medium-bodied, rich in extract and juicy, the finish is long and tart.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot

About the producer
- -The wines at CHÂTEAU DE PEZ are matured for 12 to 18 months in French barriques of various ages. The wine is not filtered before bottling, but only clarified by sedimentation. The wines are particularly popular among Bordeaux enthusiasts, as they show great depth of fruit and impressive concentration even when young. However, CHÂTEAU DE PEZ is also known for the above-average ageing potential of its wines, especially in peak years.
