Domaine de la Tour du Bon
from Provence, France
This ROSÉ from Provence has a light colour with ochre tones in the glass. It is a subtle wine with a sweetish aroma of red berries and flowers. On the palate, however, it shows plenty of flavour and a very harmonious structure. This makes it the ideal food companion - even with intensely flavoured, exotic dishes.
Cinsault, Clairette, Grenache, Mourvèdre

About the producer
- -DOMAINE DE LA TOUR DU BON is a family winery in Provence, which is now run by Agnès Henry-Hocquard. In addition to rosé, the family also produces red and white wines. Although the vineyards are not certified, they are cultivated according to organic principles and with a great deal of restraint. This concept is also pursued in the cellar, where amphorae - clay vessels used for winemaking - are utilised.
