Dark amber colour; intense nutty aromas of hazelnuts, walnuts and Brazil nuts, plus some caramel and dried figs. Strong sherry with well-integrated alcohol, fine extract sweetness and a long, very nutty finish. A good accompaniment to hard and soft cheeses, charcuterie or simply as an aperitif.
