About the producer
- -BOTTEGA was founded as a distillery in 1977 by the experienced grappa distiller Aldo BOTTEGA. When he died in 1983, his children Sandro, Barbara and Stefano took over the business. They ensured the brand's current success by launching innovative products and unusual bottle designs. The siblings entered the Prosecco business in 1992 with "Vino dei Poeti" and launched the BOTTEGA Gold brand in 2001.
