Especially in winter or after using active ingredients when your skin feels dry or irritated, the Biome Barrier provides relief. Soothing effect Aloe vera, hyaluronic acid and cucumber extract have an immediate soothing effect on the skin. This is particularly beneficial when using active ingredients such as AHA, BHA or retinol or if you have irritated skin.

- -Wash your face in the morning/evening Make sure you wash your hands with soap and moisten your face with lukewarm water. Apply 1-2 pumps of Smoothing Cleanser and gently wash your face. Pat dry with a clean towel (that you only use for your face!). 1. in the morning: If your face feels dry, you can apply this soothing gel cream before the Day shield. If you are more prone to redness or spots, the Redness Relief or Blemish Control with matching active ingredients is the better option, less is more. 2. in the evening If your face feels dry, there are 2 options: if it is dry because you have used too much AHA and retinol, then take a break and use the Biome Barrier alone after washing your face, but if your skin feels "normal", then continue your routine with the Overnight Serum and decide for yourself whether or not you want to apply the Biome Barrier to your face after the Overnight Serum. Always remember: less is more!
