Lapuan Kankurit: Quality products from Finland
Lapuan Kankurit is a traditional company in Finland that produces its own designs in its own linen weaving mill. The Lapuan Kankurit terry towels, which you can find in a wide selection in the Globus online shop, are of a correspondingly high quality. From cosy towels to exclusive Lapuan Kankurit bathrobes - the absorbent quality ensures a high feel-good factor, whether after a shower or a sauna session. In addition to items for the bathroom and wellness area, the brand also presents kitchen towels and other textiles. These not only impress with their sophisticated workmanship, but also with their typical Nordic design.
Typical material properties of linen
The Terva range, which is made from linen and Tencel, is one of the most popular items. The base material for Tencel is cellulose, which is obtained from the natural material wood. The finished material is characterised by excellent drying properties. The linen content makes the fabric very thin and therefore lightweight. As a result, the material dries quickly and hardly creases when washed. The bathrobes and sauna towels therefore do not need an iron to look attractive.
Beautiful textiles from Finland
The Lapuan Kankurit weaving mill relies on innovative weaving technology and the creativity of experienced designers. Whether you are looking for a decorative Lapuan Kankurit kitchen towel or comfortable slippers, soft towelling or blankets - the range has the right items for every living area. In soft green or sunny yellow, subtle grey or warm red - the appealing textiles will brighten up your home in no time at all. To maintain the attractive appearance, it is important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Excessively high temperatures, bleach and fabric softener can overstress the material.
