The ideal complement is the Klötzli "cheese knife" with its strong blade, which can also withstand hard cheese. Klötzli kitchen knives are made with care and craftsmanship in the Klötzli cutlery workshop in Burgdorf. The blades are made of stainless steel and, as in grandmother's day, are finely ground and polished by hand. The wooden handles are made from Swiss black walnut turned in the Bernese Oberland.

Care
