- -A versatile cheese knife with a sturdy, strong blade for cutting medium-hard and hard cheeses. Pieces of cheese can be served with the tip of the blade. However, the Klötzli "soft cheese knife" is better suited to cutting soft cheese, as the cheese sticks less to its slender blade. Klötzli kitchen knives are made with care and craftsmanship in the Klötzli cutlery workshop in Burgdorf. The blades are made of stainless steel and, as in grandmother's day, are finely ground and polished by hand. The wooden handles are made from Swiss black walnut turned in the Bernese Oberland.

Care
- -Clean the knives with a soft sponge, warm soapy water and rub them dry with a kitchen towel. To protect the wooden handles, do not leave the knives in water and do not clean them in the dishwasher. When storing them, make sure that the blade is protected and does not hit other utensils.
