- -SPARKLING TEA WHITE from SEKTMANUFAKTUR WINNINGER is an alcohol-free alternative to sparkling wine. Unlike many drinks in this category, this sparkling tea has not been de-alcoholised, but produced using purely natural processes from nettles, blackberry leaves, lemon balm, peppermint and orchard fruit. Fermented herbal tea was mixed with pear juice and then fermented again in the bottle to produce carbon dioxide.

About the producer
- -The Kloss family has been producing sparkling wine for over 150 years – Julius Kloss founded the Kloss & Forster sparkling wine cellars in 1856, where the famous Rotkäppchen sparkling wine is pressed. His great-great-grandson Christian Kloss is still in the family business, founding WINNINGER SEKTMANUFAKTUR C. KLOSS on the Moselle in 2022. He soon began producing non-alcoholic versions made from local ingredients in addition to classic sparkling wines.
