- -This daring variation on the Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce boasts the same silky texture and intense flavour as the original – but with three times as much habanero, you’ll love the extra (yet nuanced) heat. Although it is anything but mild, the Extra Spicy Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce isn’t intended for daredevils looking to push their Scoville limits to the very edge. It’s all about striking the right balance. The Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce has a heat level of 1,230 Scoville units (SHU), whilst the extra-hot version clocks in at 1,620 SHU: the yellow habanero chilli adds a fruity note. The exact heat level may vary from batch to batch.
