About the producer
- -OLIANAS is the brainchild of the renowned oenologist Stefano Casadei. Casadei is also responsible for the wines produced by the Chianti estate Castello del Trebbio and Tenuta Casadei in the Tuscan Maremma. In Gergei, Sardinia, he works with indigenous grape varieties such as Cannonau, Tintillu and Cagnulari.
