Panels: organically sourced leather (O.T.)
Insole: Amazon rubber (23%), bio-based EVA (33%, of which 28% is sugar cane), recycled EVA (5%), fleece (23%), mineral carbonate (11%) and other materials (5%)
Outsole: Amazonian natural rubber (50%), mineral silica (26%), synthetic rubber (5%) and other materials (19%)
Lining: Fleece – recycled polyester (75 per cent) and polyester (25 per cent)
Laces: Organic cotton (100 per cent)

Suede is the reverse side of leather that has been sanded down to achieve a soft and supple appearance. It comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul and is tanned in Brazil without the use of hazardous or banned chemicals. VEJA uses compliant dyes and ensures sensible water consumption during the tanning process. This suede is then coated with water-repellent oils free from PFCs (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain. - -with lacing
