About the producer
- -KOLONNE NULL specialises in the production of alcohol-free premium wines. In direct cooperation with various wineries, grapes and wines are selected that are particularly suitable for subsequent dealcoholisation. This process takes place in a laboratory in Berlin using vacuum evaporation. The underlying wine is heated to no more than 28 degrees Celsius, which ensures that the flavours are largely preserved.
