- -Panton Cubes is a modular system that can be used to create sculptural animals or abstract objects. It is based on cubic frame modules that are connected with clips and fitted with panels.
Verner Panton used this system to design many different figures from 1974 onwards. The re-edition of the Panton Cubes by Vitra, in collaboration with Verner Panton Design AG, comprises kits for a duck, a flamingo, a giraffe and a cat. Each of these kits contains the elements needed to create the respective animal figure – but there are no limits to the imagination, and countless other ideas can be realised.
The kits are each available in a two-tone colour combination or in a chrome version.
