COMPLEX HANDMADE Cipriani egg pasta is made using an artisanal process with great care and no frills. The luxury lies in the simplicity: to achieve an extra-thin and fine texture, the egg and durum wheat semolina dough is rolled out and folded more than 80 times. Finally, the pasta rests and dries for over 14 hours and is then lovingly packaged by hand with a moisture content of just 7.5%. Incredibilmente buono.
