About the producer
- -TAKAMAKA-RUMS are produced by the TROIS FRÈRES distillery on the main island of Mahé in the Seychelles. The d'Offay distillery family uses organic sugar cane from a local farmers' co-operative. Production is carried out using traditional methods. The barrel-matured rums benefit from ageing in French and American oak barrels in the unique tropical climate.

- -The TAKAMAKA OVERPROOF RUM has an intense nose with notes of ALMONDS and spices. As expected, the palate is gripping and intense with vanilla and caramel nuances. A certain tannic impression, long, spicy finish.
