- -A vibrant blend of roasted habanero chillies, sweetcorn and yuzu, finely ground into a spicy and flavourful chilli sauce. Developed by the Noma test kitchen to add a special kick to everyday dishes. An absolute favourite amongst our staff, which we use for everything – from grilled fish and vegetables to fried eggs and salads. The Corn-Yuzu Hot Sauce has a heat level of 1,230 Scoville units (SHU): the yellow habanero chilli adds a mild, fruity note. The exact heat level may vary from batch to batch.
