- -This grappa is made for lovers of the Tuscan cult wine TIGNANELLO as well as for connoisseurs of first-class spirits. The pomace for the free-run spirit is brought to the distillery directly after the young TIGNANELLO has been separated from the mash. This preserves the noble character of the grapes. A restrained grappa with a subtle, bittersweet flavour and a hint of hay. Very long-lasting.
