About the producer
- -The POLI distillery was founded in Veneto in 1898. Today, the siblings Barbara, Andrea, Gianpaolo and Jacopo POLI run the family business, which also includes a grappa museum that is well worth a visit.

- -In the glass, SARPA ORO DI POLI is golden in colour with amber reflections. The nose has fresh aromas of grass, mint and flowers as well as subtle herbal notes. The intense palate is followed by a velvety finish.
