Blind baking
1 Line the tin with the pastry. 2 Place the baking paper in the tin. 3 Fill to the brim with dried beans, porcelain or metal baking beans. 4. place in the oven preheated to 190° C. 5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven. Remove the baking paper with the beans.
