VALET PARKING 

Our Platinum customers enjoy the privilege of being able to park their vehicle directly in front of the Globus shop while they shop. Globus on Schweizergasse to park. While our concierge takes care of parking, you can enter the building via the separate entrance of the Service Desk using the most direct route*.

While shopping in the Globus Zurich Bahnhofstrasse and Globus Glatt centre Platinum customers enjoy the privilege of parking their vehicle in the appropriately marked Globus Platinum parking spaces in the hotel's own multi-storey car park.

Would you like to reclaim your VAT?

For foreign visitors, the exclusive ambience and the selected assortment of Globus offer a particularly attractive shopping experience. All the more so, because as a tourist you can claim back the value added tax when exporting your purchases of CHF 300 or more. We will support you in this process.

This is how you proceed step by step:

• Pay for your purchase at the checkout

• Ask for the Tax Free Form (Refund Cheque)

STAMP IT

• Present your purchases, invoices and passport at customs when you leave the country.

• Get your Tax Free form stamped

CASH IT

• Present the stamped Tax Free Form, your passport and credit card at a nearby Refund Office

• Request an "Immediate Refund" to your credit card

• Refund can also be paid in cash; however, a service charge of CHF 5.- may apply.

ALIPAY (for Chinese customers) In cooperation with Global Blue, we offer our customers from China the possibility to have their VAT refund credited to an Alipay account.

Tax Free Fast refund

Even faster, easier and more convenient? Yes, it's possible. For purchases of CHF 300 or more, you as a tourist have the option of making your VAT refund directly at Globus.

This is how you proceed:

GET IT & CASH IT Ask at the checkout for the Tax Free Form (Refund Cheque) with prepaid reply envelope when you pay for your purchase. After entering your credit card number, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account immediately. It is required that you pay with Visa Card or Master Card.

STAMP IT Show your purchases at customs when you leave the country and get your Tax Free form stamped.

SEND IT Send the stamped Tax Free form in the prepaid reply envelope to Global Blue. This must be done within 21 days of purchase (to avoid a chargeback).

Take advantage of this opportunity to make the refund process even easier for purchases of CHF 300 or more. Ask for the Tax Free Form (Refund Cheque) from the sales staff or at the Service Lounge / Customer Service.
