DRAFT. Coffee is the new gastronomic highlight at GLOBUS Bern — where specialty coffee meets urban lifestyle. The interior design was created by RDZ Studio in Zurich under the direction of Konrad Roslak and Ida Héritier. The concept by Tobias Nagele stands for exceptional coffee, matcha, and creative signature beverages.

The offering is complemented by fine pastries as well as a brunch, lunch, and apéro menu. Enjoy freshly prepared dishes throughout the day — inspired by European and Japanese cuisine.

Whether for the first coffee of the day, a relaxed brunch, or a glass of champagne after work, DRAFT. Coffee is the perfect place to enjoy the moment in the heart of Switzerland’s capital city.

DRAFT. Bern will officially open its doors in early July 2026.
